Parents are required to read and accept the terms and conditions of 5 documents, on behalf of themselves and their athletes, prior to participation in SkiEast this season. These documents are:

1. Skier responsibility code
2. Ski East Liability Waiver
3. Ragged Mountain Liability Waiver
4. Blue Hills Racer Liability Waiver
5. Blue Hills Season's Pass Waiver

3 of the 5 waivers will be presented to the user during season registration process and electronic agreement to the terms and conditions (checkbox) will confirm user acceptance.  

The Blue Hills waivers must be printed, signed and submitting at the time of season's pass purchase.
